Hi, my sentiments exactly... so 'leeettle' food, my stomach might not even register it. Tanika, IF (and this is up to you and only IF),.. may I suggest googling up on calorie 'density'? It's a great way to get more 'bang for your buck'. Basically More food for less calories. It's really amazing in practice. You will also learn about how low calorie some foods are, that they're almost calorie free! This is one time where 'almost' does count. Have a lovely day.

Lol thank you guys for the concern but I was eating a small lunch to compensate for my huge dinner and I would have filled the plate with low cal veggies but I didn’t have the time to cook some 😂
