Day 5. I think about how uncomfortable I've been in clothes that should comfortably fit. I took 2 pair jeans on a trip and wore one pair only half of one day - too tight. I'm ready to be able to get into my thin clothes again. I'm very pleased about how well I've been following the diet so far. I can do this!
