EDIT: I MADE IT!!!!!! I FEEL GREAT!!!!! i hated it while I was doing it but I regret letting that stop me. Tomorrow I will do this again and try to remember how good i felt for doing it when I didn't want to. Let this be inspiration to those of you who haven't worked out today: Just keep doing it until it's done!!! YOU WONT REGRET IT
i am currently on my elliptical. im dying. uuuugh im watching dexteer and trying to see. I'm sweatung my ass off. and swearing my ass off. I still have like 30 minutes to go. I'm doing a 45minute work out. Theres still 29 minutes left of dexter. This show is interesting enough that i usually dont notice im working out, but today I need an extra distraction. I feel like I havent worked out in forever. HELP ME.

I forget what member it was on FS that really inspired me last night, but she had a thing for fried green tomatoes (the movie), so I downloaded it today to watch it. If i end up half as inspired as that member, I know I'll better results.
I've bben following my diet 100%, and this morning I weighed in at 235, which since dieting has been my lowest weight. This is the second morinng i was 235, so i felt ok usin that as my weigh in.
I'm hoping to drop 5 pounds (for an even 20) by the 20th. I can't wait to see 234 on that scale, I will feel like all this hard work is worth it. 25 more minutes.
I guess I should continue watching dexter abd using my arms on this thing
