Wow!!! Thursday already!! Where the heck did the week go? I miss one day of a "real" journal and it feels like forever hehehehe
Smoothest of sailing to all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples!!!!!!!!!!For those of you who missed it here is a link to the picture pages from my even last week-end: Wickerman Pics!Did much better with food the last two days even if my fast was not quite as strict as usual :) I have shed most of the week-end debauchery weight. Only 1 more lb to go to my low point and 1.5 to my next mini goal and mid-range goal for the November Bust Challenge! Still trying to go extra hard on the water and a tiny bit light on the calories today. Exercised on Tuesday but only 10 minutes yesterday at lunch. Sorry BWWs my body is too used to a break and I stayed up way late on Tuesday to hear the speeches and just kinda crashed yesterday! Old Man Scale: He is slowly coming round to forgiving my week-end excesses. He really does treat me well when I behave LOL Happy, healthy vibes to you all!! Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August.Mid-range: 245 Turkey Day I am coming for you! 18 from beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 1.5 from now. Been flirting with this one. Not nearly solid enough to go green yet. Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. This is a bit of a stretch, but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 11.5 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching. I need to work it hard to reach this goal by the end of the month! Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain weight, I will LOSE!!!) 1st things first 245 then 240 then on down, down down! Go Santa's Reindeer!!!!Just do it! Ever notice how your body WANTS more water on some days and seems to REPEL it on other days? I had to choke down water today. Strange. Sometimes I even CRAVE water. Have a good one Kiddo!

I crave water a lot. But yeah some mornings/days it actually hurts going down (esp if I drink it too fast or too cold) I have always thought that is weird.)

Sima.... I used to crave water A LOT! I still do a lot but it has slowed down somewhat now. I was told it was because I wasn't "quenching my thirst" with water a lone. So I make very weak crystal light, weak green tea etc.... and you know, I find myself not drinking so much water I slosh anymore. lol Do you drink so much you slosh and get uncomfortable? If not, never mind what I just said. lol ANYWAYS... You hit your next goal and i WILL have my hubby record and put my happy happy joy joy dance on you tube. Ive never done anything like that before but will for you hitting your next mini goal!
