Day 7. Weight loss has been great, but of course includes the early water weight. It's been a hard week, with hunger and fatigue. I may be working out too hard, or not eating enough. I've resisted the fudge sickles in the freezer, even managed to eat out last night without ordering wine. I will keep my resolve and not get overconfident. I still have at least 9 1/2 pounds to go and would look and feel fabulous at 14 1/2. Go girl.
