hi! I'm a mom to 2 great kids, a 3 1/2 YO girl and a 10 month old boy.... I have done Southbeach in the past and had lost 35lbs in 3 months, then got preggers, and stopped....I've been having trouble getting back on it.... I'm also doing turbo jam.... just need a little kick in the butt to get going again.... I'm the type of person who gets really excited about something, will do it non-stop for a few months, then for no apparent reason..... I stop, even if I was seeing results.... nuts huh??? I don't know what to do to keep motivated all the time, maybe having to be accountable on here will..... I hope
