fresh fruit is great but the apple sauce is high in sugar. unless you get the no sugar added one. and the instint noodles are high in sodium.

Apples with cheese, nut butter or almonds; Laughing Cow cheese triangles with veggies like carrots & celery (I like the Garlic & Herb flavour), Redenbacher Smartpop microwave popcorn (mini bag is 90 calories), veggies with hummus, protein drink with cocoa powder or fruit (raspberries are very high in fibre), Wasa crackers (high fibre ones) with salsa & cheese (melt in microwave), low/no sugar yogurts, pepperoni stick, 1 oz of nuts, fruit, or veggies & yogurt dips! Lotsa options :)

frozen banana and berries pureed into vegan ice "cream". or just berries pureed in a blender if going low sugar.
