Ha ha ha... well it's been a no go for me again... no surprises there!... ANYYYYYYWAYYYYY! I'm here again doing a gut repair program from dr... so lets see how it goes.... my hubby has no faith in me that I will be able to lose weight.. mind tou dont blame him...its always Monday..... so I will journal everyday for a month and report... I will also be truthful and record my new starting weight. eish! today so far has been a good day.... peckish right now but I haven't had much to eat today.. am filling up on water...... till tomorrow all.... thanks for support you all give to everyone
