Yesterday we broke away from everything and had a few hours at the beach on the Puget Sound. My oldest girl and oldest boy came along. The water was so still and peaceful and the sunshine warm and beautiful. After this sensible picnic lunch, there were many salty and sweet treats... thus my spectacular gain today. I feel like I absorbed several gallons of water! It was a lovely day with no regrets.

Yeah, peeper, most will flow off, but I'll have to fight some of it down again! 😳Thank you, Keilin! Wifey, it was a lovely day! I took down the other pictures! Too much and not everyone in the family loved them! ♥️😁 I do feel so so much better. Even compared to last summer I feel more confident and like I don't have to hide behind others in a photo as I always did before. Somehow it makes everything more fun to feel fit!

skydiverjim, thank you! You are so kind! In the months before I started this journey I hovered around 195. 😑 I feel so totally different from those days! Losing the weight made a big difference, but becoming strong and fit again changed my life! 💪 🏋️ 🏃♀️ Lanagreekgirl, it was a lovely day! 😊

Well Melissa, unless you ate 14,000 calories more than you burned yesterday, that gain is just fluid retention, it happens to me all the time. You look beautiful and it sounds like such a perfect day. So glad you had this opportunity to get away for a few hours. 💛
