Talked to Cindi Lockhhart yesterday. Gotta change up my food AND exercise. Cardio for no longer than 30 minutes (yay! Lol). And gotta switch my diet to 40% protein, 30% fat, 30% carbs (mostly veggies).

More protein does usually help. You worked with Kristin. Cindi is our weight loss specialist, she works out of corporate. Very helpful! I did cortisol testing and metabolic typing and it helped her come up with a plan. I can give you her contact info if you like.
