Do you ever get that feeling that you're on the brink of losing control of your diet? Life has been crazy with the move this weekend. The house is in disarray, I can't find anything, I barely have anything unpacked to heat soup up in the microwave.
This weekend was a lot of work, moving boxes and getting out of the old house. We fed the moving party pizza (I had two slices), and ever since I opened the flood gates... I'll eat anything. I seem to be staying in my calories, well at least what I'm tracking. But I KNOW that it's not right... I KNOW that there is more fat and salt in those foods besides the calories. SO - I'm falling off the wagon. I couldn't stop eating chips at lunch today... those yummy tortilla chips and oh so good green salsa! YUM. Get it together girl!!!!
I'm going to be better at dinner tonight - green across the plate. Hopefully we'll have the Wii set back up tonight & I can start excersizing again. BUT THEN... family is coming this weekend for a whole week.
I know. Losing weight is a lifelong process of eating well. Moments of weakness happen, and I need to move on... the holidays are already stressing me out! :)
