🥺😢😱😭😔-Ok, now that I got all this out of the way. I am not d surprised. I expected this considering that with a damage tendon on my ankle and my back still recovering, I have not been able to workout like I wanted to. I tried even with the Elliptical bike out of wack. I used my back brace and a sock compression and rapped my ankle up then worked out on the Elliptical bike once finish I injured my ankle again anyway and my back is killing me. It doesn’t help that it has been raining so when the weather barometer changes it affects my Joints all over my body so for three days I have been in a really bad shape. Now again trying to recover. I hate this because it seems like I am going back to where I started from on the scale. I gained weight again, NO! 😭. How am I going to do this? So frustrating.
