i do keto 75% fat, 20% protein, 5%carb. no starving here. i'm always satisfied, full of satiety abd energy.😀. I workout almost 3 hrs everyday on a fasted state. I do Keto OMAD, one meal a day.

I’m not strict about it but I’m 40 percent protein
40 carbs. 20 fat. But sometimes the fat is a little less bay be about 16 I’m wondering if it is enough

Just looked online and it says between 27g and 47g fat today mine is 13g may need to change

How's your protein intake cos that will also stop you from feeling hungry and if your eating 40% that's a fair amount.

My fat is 27g protein 47 g I eat a lot of chicken or beef eggs for breakfast with toast and toms i drink loads of tea or coffee and water but I snack in celery and before lunch I dring lemon or grapefruit juice squeezed.. Hope that helps.

45 protein 35 carbs 20 fat more or less daily. The more protein I eat the fuller I feel. I constantly crave carbs in their worst form but don’t give in. I lost 17 stone in 2 years on these percentages. Now I snack on bare nuts, that sounds dodgy! 😂

Thanks everyone I know why there’s not enough fat I have porridge every morning and chicken breast and vegetables every lunch so not much fat there and dinner is mainly carbs don’t want to change at moment so I will just watch it closely thanks

Razorray I think you are doing very well & if you aren't hungry & it's working then goooood right?! If you ever get hungry you can add a bit more fat to fill up.

I don’t get hungry at first I limited myself to 1000 calories but I struggled and had snacks in evenings or even another porridge but my body adapted and now I have 3 meals no snacks no hunger I’m fine but in 6 weeks I will need to adjust

Still only about 1200 but will need to increase when I maintain even though I don’t feel I need it I should have more for breakfast then porridge but I have borderline cholesterol and porridge helps lower it but maybe alright by now but not tested that for a while

I find it easier than most because I retired early
When I worked I found myself in the pub and also could never find anywhere to eat healthy food but 6 months after I retired I thought it was time I actually started 8 days before my birthday in 2018 still lost weight that week
