Felt absolutely horrible by the end of my carb spike day (Saturday). I honestly felt like I never wanted to eat again. At the same time, I felt an emotional urge to keep stuffing myself. By 3pm, with less than 2 hours to go at work, I began to actually feel panicky that I didn't have any more food with me - despite feeling totally full.
I don't think I planned it very well. It probably wasn't very smart doing it on a work day. Next time I will do it on an off day and try to carb up on fruits and grains rather than bread or potatoes.
