Yesterday's forced skipping of lunch helped me. Down another pound! I didn't eat a very healthy diet yesterday or today, but I've kept the calories down. Now that I'm cooking for my husband again, the nutrition factor will go up. I also didn't exercise for the last two days, but I don't exercise on Sundays, and today I was traveling. We'll both go to the gym tomorrow. I'll do the weight machines, and if my husband is still doing his cardio, I'll do some cardio in the remaining time. Onward and downward!
