Well, I've been naughty for that last few days. Haven't been weighing in everyday or logging everything but I had a wedding and I've been at my best friend’s house. I just didn't want to worry about it then.
Yesterday I had one last class before the T-day break. Then afterwards, I went straight over and watched the new Harry Potter movie. Munched out on popcorn with butter and salt and it was heavenly but I really didn't eat dinner. So I haven’t been logging food, haven't been weight in and now it's Tuesday morning and I have to get back on the ball! My weight? Lowest to date. 146. Yay! I would have been happy just to see 147 again and now it’s a pound lower. Cool. Me likes this.
Now whither or not this weight will stay is the question. I make homemade cheesecakes for our family gatherings and this time it’s going to be a Tiramisu inspired concoction. Ladyfingers for the crust, then three layers, one of chocolate, espresso and coffee Liquor, one layer of caramel, then one layer of vanilla. Then I think I’m going to top it with chocolate shavings and maybe some coffee favored toffee that I make homemade…just for a little crunch.
Anyways, I hope everyone is doing well in this week leading up to Thanksgiving. Tata for now.
