Well after a too long of a break I am back. This site is a great tool...but I was spending too much time. And not enough time on me. Gained my weight back plus a little more. So going to avoid the scale atm. I am back I am allowing myself 20 min a day on this site. It was literly starting to rule my life. Back to me, and my original goal. I will weigh in Jan 1st, and see where I am. But will record one journal entry a day, and load what I am going to eat in the day the night before. Work is starting to have me travel, first place in Feb, and I want to look a little better for that show. Wonder if 10-15 lbs is too much of a stretch by then?
