Well folks, I am feeling good but a little tired. I have been doing my morning walks for an hour each day and after work, I go to the gym or do kickboxing everyday. I am in school full time, as well as work so I have lots to do in little hours in the day. I am doing well with my exercising and diet. I have to buy a scale this weekend because my boyfriend has mine and he is in Orlando :( Anyways, I am feeling good, not many cravings which is great and I think I can do this long-term if I don't decide to quit on myself like I always do. I have come to realize that all I do when I stop taking care of myself is failing myself and pretty much quit on me. I am determined that this will not be the same this time. I will go all the way and I am learning to be patient with the process. Slow and steady wins the race, is the saying so I need to live by it. Good luck to all of you.
