I find I forget to think of the milk I drink when logging my food. I think I'm close to my calorie goal, then remember the milk, and I'm suddenly 125% above my target. Luckily I'm exercising more, which helps balance that out. If I'm not down a pound by Monday, I'll need to tighten up the calorie count.
