Now that I’m back at work I’m struggling so much to get back into my fasting routine, I get home from work starving. Any advise?

I don't know what your eating window is but mine is 12-6, so when I'm at the office I skip breakfast and prepare good snacks and lunch ahead of time. biltong, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, fruit and yogurt are always on my go-to list. I also like the veggie crackers from Woolies. I take some snacks to work, but I always plan to have my forage" snacks in the cupboard for when I get home so that I don't resort to raiding the bad stuff. preparation is key. I put my planned snacks into the app first thing in the day so that I can see how many calories I have to play with rather than trying to log them after I've eaten them. that way I'm more aware of it.
