I adjusted my step goals because I couldn't even remember what they were and in my head I had others so I figured I'd change them up slightly. I think I'll end up doing that again as I see what is going on in my world and what in challenging as well as realistic. I have been weighing twice a week. I originally weigh in on Sunday morning, but my challenge runs Wed. to Wed. so I statred using that day as my FS weigh in. I am weird. I still weigh on Sundays because prior to finding this site I set up and excel document to record my weight, exercise and any other info that will help me be in tune with my body.
