Feeling really down. Don't know about anyone else, but have been quite lapse lately and have gained 4 pounds! Worse still, family are all stuffing chocs and nice things and am desperate to do the same, but the thought of my clothes getting tighter depresses me even further. Does anyone else feel like this?

I am quite angry with myself, because once I 'fall off the wagon' it is quite hard to get back on it! Have been promising myself for a few weeks that I would and I've only just realised how out of control I have let myself become!

I truly understand I too have "fell off the wagon" and any attempts to get back into the swing of things have failed. But now,Xmas is over and that should give us some new hope since the holiday goodies are gone for awhile. I'm planning on getting back on the horse tomorrow how bout you. I wish you much luck & motivation
