Today I went to my Primary Doctor and got weighed on their scale. I was not happy at all. I suspected that I had gained weight because my husband could not fix my Elliptical Bike so working out for me has been difficult. My Achilles heels tendons the back of my ankles are still damaged. The Elliptical machine took the strain off my ankles and knees. The ball baring broke on the Elliptical bike. Even though I rapped my ankles with a brace to allow myself to walk or a light run, I also did a lot of squats and other free exercises it wasn’t enough for me to lose the weight. I was losing the weight with the workout equipment. Allowing my heart rate to stay high for one hour during the workout and not putting my body through such a strain. I suffer constantly as it is in constant pain all over my body because of my autoimmune disease. This is so frustrating. 😖😔😢 160 lbs

Hang in there GChris! I can relate to feeling tired, achey and nerve pain. It is hard! Maybe you can get exercise in a different form like stretching, or even just walking in place while you watch tv with some good supporting shoes. I do that sometimes. who needs a treadmill? 🙂

Thanks for the support and the advise❣️ I do walk in place when my ankles are not that bad, but by the end of the day I am hurting a lot. Then I have to wait for a couple of days then start again. Thank you 🙏🏼

Yeah I hear ya! I have taken several breaks to rest my ankles too. Gotta listen to the body!
