Well got called in to work as a CNA again today. The other office staff talked me into going out for Chinese one last time before our "transformation" I made fairly good choices I think just 1 plate with no more than a 1/4C of just my favorites & I'm having a small chef salad with soup for supper. I know I shouldn't have splurged on only my second day but it was a New Year's Eve thing and my last office luncheon out so I'm gonna give myself a break besides when I log in all the activity I did today I'm sure it will take some of the impact off I hope.
