If I don't get a hold on my diet, I'm not going to win this...need to get my caloric intake down below 2300 daily...too many treats. Today was a bad example, since they had either sandwiches or baking for our lunches...I did take a pile of carrots, but no fruit? This camp is going down hill fast...

I'll make a better choice tomorrow. (And no cookies... :-( )
