Pretty much you can eat what you love to just cut back and walk off what you just ate nights are bad times to eat high calories fats, sugars as we sleep what we put in our tummies and not work it of before bed unless you have dinner at 5 ~6pm and the go gym or walk it off before settling down for the night 🥰😁👍

Any of those low in carbs? Bread is only a problem because of the carbs. I have discovered a peanut butter bread that is super easy to make but I can only eat so much of it with my food. Trying to recreate normal bread with coconut flour or almond meal, both low in carbs, has so far failed. Coconut flour has a bitter smell and taste. Almond meal barely stays together. Haha.it frustrates the hell out of me.

My daily cycle is different to most. I work when everyone's sleeping. I go to sleep when most people are waking up. I eat therefore between the hours of 2pm and 10pm. I rarely crave sweet food. I crave bread and potatoes in all its delicious forms. But carbs make me gain weight. Be lucky if my calorie count reaches 1200 a day without the carbs because I don't like much foods lol

Aw hun you will find your way soon I'm sure😊 Best of low carb findings 👍 I guess your been doing this longer then me yes I'm looking to work nights so I can do my grandsons by day. I'm heading to a full on life ones or if I get my grandsons to care for🥰
