I don't get this. I seemed to have plateaued for the last week, even though I'm in a calorie deficit every day. Kinda frustrating.

It's frustrating, but a week's not so bad, and there are so many metabolic and other factors. So far you still have a pretty high average weight loss over time, which is really good. That said, the first time I started with FatSecret, I felt I must be overestimating my calorie expenditure (or, alternatively, I just didn't need as many calories as I thought), so I decided not to record expenditure, and not even to consider it unless I did at least an hour of exercise at about the intensity of an easy jog. Partway through, if I recall correctly, I also lowered my RDI a bit to keep me on track. (This time I'm not even counting calories, but that's a different story.)
