biked on recumbent bike 15 minutes then went for "EASY" 38 MINUTE hike not easy for me but it was not near as hard as i've done. w/ all this weight i've packed on i'm not up to hiking the steep; stuff right now level ground is challenging enough. went shopping 2 store and i park not close to i have to walk extra. one of them i walk the entire lenghth of the shopping mall and a bit more cuz i park way in the back and i have to carry my groceries back by hand no cart which has me huffing and puffing. oh well i hope it all helps.
