We are at the start of week 4 of our challenge. I hope everyone is starting to get the hang of what their body likes/dislikes. Like I said before, this process takes time. I myself am still figuring this out. As I'm sure most of you are as well. Don't worry we will get there. Working out has been a problem for me as of late. However, I keep forgetting that anything that gets you moving is a workout. So when we take the stairs instead of the elevator we're working out. Or when we are baking, cleaning and many more daily activities, we are working out. So don't sell yourself short.

As always, remember it's not a sprint but a marathon. So good luck and remember to have fun otherwise it can feel like a chore. Also don't forget to do something special for yourself each day. Trust me, this helps!😊
