Okay time for an update, I think. My weight has finally started down a little bit. That has me feeling good. I have exercised every day this week except Tuesday.
Yesterday I did the first half hour of the Biggest Loser Last chance work out. This is great for beginners and works your full body. My arms, chest and shoulders were sore this morning from only the first half of the workout.
Today I walked a mile outside, then did Jillian's kick boxing class again. I can already feel a difference since the first time and now. I feel much stronger doing the kicks and things.
I have to confess though, I ate chocolate cake this afternoon. Breakfast was late and maybe that accounts for my late afternoon cravings. At which time I ate grapes, a popsicle, some light pringles and a very small sliver of homemade chocolate cake. The scale will more than likely hate me tomorrow but otherwise I've been going strong all week.
