Dziennik RadekPT, 01 lut 14

I would like to lose 3 kg, I'm in quite good form, I make a lot of sport. Problem is how to lose 1-3 kg if you make proper nutrition, and make a lot of sport. 3 kg is my target, I have to do it before maraton in May.

Why don't you focus on losing fat? Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. You need carbs when you are training for a marathon, just make them good ones (low on glycemic scale). I'm sure there are running sites with some eating tips. There are body building sites that can help with fat loss plans. Do some googling!
