I have been away for a few months and have not held myself accountable for my weight. I have avoided the scale knowing that the holidays were around the corner.
Now that the holidays are gone, I stood on the scale this morning and realized that by avoiding it and the accountability, I have really made a mess of things as I have fallen back into my old habits.
I am hoping to undo some of that by holding myself accountable again. Lifestyle changes are hard, and I know that I have a long road ahead of me. But there is no time like the present to start again.
