Dziennik RandomColor, 09 lut 14

Well, my boyfriend's visit is over. He went back to Missouri, and I am now motivated to lose a lot of weight so he can notice the difference the next time he sees me. While he was here, I wasn't very good on my diet. But since he left, I've been pretty strict again. And I'm losing weight rapidly. Too rapidly, possibly. From yesterday's weight to today's, I lost a whole pound. Is losing one pound in a day unhealthy? I've lost almost 3 pounds in 2 days! You can read my food journal to see I haven't been starving myself. Heck, I even ate a package of two cupcakes. Even though it might be unhealthy or dangerous, it still excites me to see the scale go down. (Oh and as a side note, the month or so I was with my boyfriend and was bad on my diet, I only gained 0.2 of a pound.)

It's always good to have that extra bit of motivation. Sounds like you didn't get very far off track, and now you're back, so keep at it. 1 lb. in one day isn't necessarily too fast. The body fluctuates a lot on a day by day basis. As long as the direction is down and you're feeling okay and getting enough food, I wouldn't worry.
