Dziennik Debbieto, 16 lut 21

Well, as the day winds down I can report that I’ve had zero tinnitus and zero headache today. I managed to at least catch my water up so I’m over 64 ounces for the day and I’m about a quarter of the way into my next 30 ounces likely won’t get too far though because some fixing to go to bed.

I’m still trying to figure out what my split should be between my protein and my fats trying to keep my carbs at 20 or below I’m having no problem doing that but I’m just really super worried that I’m eating too much protein. My experiment this week is to try and keep it around 25%, but I keep going over.. although still under 30%.

Regardless, still feeling pretty good. Good energy. No cravings. No boredom. Slow and steady wins the race. Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.
