Yay! I lost some weight. A little but a least it’s better than no lost or gaining weight. I am so happy that the new Elliptical Machine my husband bought me is helping because I push myself through the daily pains and fatigue. I run 10 to 12 miles a day then I do an intense stretching workout yoga/Pilates. I finally am seeing results. Oh, my ankles healed but then I re-injured it somehow this week. I think it was when I was dancing 💃 because I remember twisting my right ankle. The Elliptical Machine, I noticed works my buttocks, glutes, calfs, and hips. After the workout I am so sore in those areas but my ankles are fine. ❤️
