well, I have been going crazy with this weight thing !! Come to find out I indeed do have a thyroid problem, the problem is; it's not working!! I have been to my dr. and she has put me on a thyroid med....let's see how this plays out. I am consuming 1500 calories a day and trying to get 10k steps in, on average I am getting 5k-7500 a day unless I get outside then it goes up to over 10k not problem.....as we are going into a new month and I have got somewhat of a handle on this I am very interested to see how the rest of the year goes.....
