Outta the "funk" I was in thanks to TWO guardian angels! I have been eating good. have not been keeping track of my food or working out. I did so well the first two weeks. LIFE HAPPENS! Well the hubby and I had a talk. Going to be a haute SAHM (stay at home mom) and start taking care of my self, my health and my family and finances. I heard something that was really profound. "you are not defined by what label you have" that is soooo true.
going to stop feeling guilty. I always knew I was a good caregiver (that was my profession for 15+ years) only now....I get to use my gift to take care of my family!
