No workout yesterday, time just didn't allow it. I'm a little bummed but OK with it, I've been doing what I can to get to the gym about 5 days a week, sometimes even more. I will work to get there today, tomorrow and over the weekend. The good news…The scale showed me down another pound this morning, my pants that didn't fit me before are now big on me. I'm surprised that I weigh 183 and seem to still have more to lose, I had convinced myself that I still had the same muscle mass I had 10 years ago : )... nope. So that means I may be lowering my goal weight again when I hit my 180 mark.

Good job Tim! once you get the hang of it what works for you, not easy to let go! i love the motivation you show...it's a real good feeling to try pants on and they are lose!
