Today is going to be your day! I'm glad to hear that you are feeling hopeful. When I go grocery shopping - I always purchase some snacks (fruit, nuts, granola, dried fruit) that I can bring with me when I'm out and about. Before I started my journey, I was constantly dining out as well - it was convenient which is something that worked for me but not for my body. Even now, I look for healthier items on the menu that won't break my calorie budget for the day.
