I'm still here...just had a very busy week. Workouts are going fine and did not get pushed aside. Eating went pretty well with only one meal of bad choices. It's nice that my husband is trying to watch what he's eating too so we're helping each other. I am going to try to stay focused and connected here over the weekend bc that is the hardest time! Have a good one!
