Welcome! I've found that this site has a great community, and many great features for watching what you eat. You can enter your own recipes or find other atkins friendly ones, you can join challenges to meet weight loss or exercise goals, you can customize which aspects of your nutrition you monitor (they even have a net carbs option), and people are very helpful and supportive. Hi and yes it is a great site. I now use this mostly and go to the atkins site when I want to get more info on the 4 phases. I love being able to track my food. It is very helpful. Also you can look at what others are eating and that is helpful too. Terri : )

How do I find the net carb option? I was using the food diary tool and it said my carbs were already up to something like 18.8, and then I realized that was the total carb count not the net carb. WHEW!!!

You go to "enter food" then at the top where it says calories and whatnot, click "edit preferences" there you can check up to 6 nutrients to monitor.
