Well tomorrow is weigh/cheat day and mother nature is here, I know I said last week that I was not looking forward to weighing myself but this week I am even more so not wanting to step on my scale... I know it is just bloating and water but to see the number go up is never a good feeling. I know I will get over what the number will read, but I am just so anxious to get out of the 160s and hopefully leave them behind for good!
