This site rocks! I have the G1 and I can input anything quickly on my phone that I eat, and sync it right up with the site! How awesome is that! Anyways, I only started today, and normally I don't 'count' calories, but that really is the only way to go. I have begun a vigorous workout routine, cardio, hiking, and weight lifting, so i'm not sure how much i will loose vs. gain, but the main goal here is to fix my blood pressure, which is for no reason requiring medication to control! Crazy right!?
