I'm back up a pound from my 1 1/2 pound loss that I maintained for 2 days after my 24 hour fast. That's okay. I had a real loss of 1 half pound, and continue to follow the diet reasonably well, and exercise. The tricky part will be when I go to San Antonio and a party on Wednesday. I need to drink mineral water and lime, and eat only enough for a meal, not graze. Yikes! Then I'll fast again.
