Ok, so winter was VERY hard for me to keep on the bandwagon. After thanksgiving..it was very hard but I managed to stay around 174-175 without using fatsecret too much. Then I went on vacation. First day back, 179 lbs. This is NOT going to continue. So, here I go again! Bought a pair of jeans while I was away. They are snug. By the end of the summer, I want them loose!

Its 10:30 pm on my first day back on the wagon. Resisted eating from boredom. It was difficult but I wasn't hungry. I did have a yogurt and a single chocolate chip cookie, which was a treat I decided I would have after dinner and I stayed content. Pat on the back and tomorrow NO excuses!
