I can't believe that I got to this.
A year and 8 months ago I was between 120 to 130 Kg. I always hated myself for what I look like, even though I don't judge people that are fat, I criticize myself only. I never had motivation or the willpower to lose weight... I always dreamt of doing so, but thought I'll never be able to do so. Now, here I am. From 130Kg eating myself to death on all that is sweet, tasty, lekker, heerlik, and all that is sugary, eating plates full of food a day to where I am now; I almost always eat only once in two days, or once in 1.5 days, and more often than not once per day which in all cases include one handfull to two handfulls of whatever it is I eat. I lost my cravings and love for food, I don't have an appetite anymore, almost never enjoy sweet, tasty or delightful foods like chocolate, soda, chips, takeaways and junk food. I eat only what is available. I mostly drink only water, and then coffe at times. Weighing 60Kg. 4 to 8 Kg to go, then my BMI will be 18.5 and I'll be happy.

Your mind is strong! You really have changed your life around. You look very young and you lost it slowly, so I would imagine no loose skin? I'm sure the community would LOVE to see a before and after photo. We always find these so inspiring!

I will post a before and after photo soon enough, not much loose skin even, I am very surprised myself. And no, it is not at all healthy to eat as little as I do, I am not sure how my system keeps itseld up and running nor how I manage to work double shifts and almost never having off days... but here I am though. I just make sure to eat heavy amounts of good fruties every now and then and have lots of water around as needed.

I was feeling a bit down the last week because I've only lost 0.1kg and I still have a very long journey to go. Nov 2020 at 110.5kg and today at 93.2kg. I'm very proud what I did but my small goal is 80kg for this year and then 65kg next year. So disheartened that the losing has stop. But your status has just given me that boost that I need. I'm holding on and WON'T let the weight come back on again! Lourens, you and I can do this!
