I have been mostly Paleo since 1993 but when I met my husband in 1994 he wanted to explore gluten free grain options and I went down the garden path with him, gaining a ton of weight along the way and feeling crappy. When we moved from Philadelphia to Napa, we discovered Michelin Star restaurant heaven but that only made things worse. I finally put my foot down and said, I am going back to Paleo, are you coming? Now he is more of a Paleo fanatic than I am. We have both lost a lot of weight but I would like to lose a bit more and have been at this plateau for a while now so I am grateful for this community to add some extra motivation and insights.
