My weight is increasing slowly slowly even though I am eating much lesser calories. 😭 I know it sucks.

don't panic I've been in this situation. could you pls explain more sir? maybe it's water weight/ maybe your body stoped/ maybe it's for ramada/ maybe it's because of your hormones or muscle mass/ in chart of weight lose it's natural slowly gain then incredibly fast lose.

even me. I got a suggestion to reduce my calories intake as sometime the apps and online calculator are not correct

Well it depends on ur eating habits.. Just starving Wont reduce ur weight u should eat.. The thing is u should include a balance diet in each meal (break fast, lunch and dinner), and drink lots of water aviod suger completey try to decrease the total calories while eating a rich meal

How to avoid plateau.. Follow a zig zag curve brotha.. once your metabolism slows down.. you'd gain weight at even 500 calories 😂 One way to fix this.. try eating above your maintenance for a week.. with as much workouts / cardio you can squeeze in.. Then try cutting 150/200 cal.. you'd start noticing different.. Don't just loose weight... *Loose the right weight* (Muscle gaya toh samzo gg* 👀 😂

@AI@ and @lavanya28 I believe its due to water retention in my muscles. I am fasting and I drink plenty of water after breaking my fast. I do not see the weight getting reduced but can see a bit of my muscles going down.

@rahulx thank you fkr the tips bro. Honestly, sometimes it becomes very difficult to follow a zig zag procedure and its definitely helpful but the thing is its abit hard to actually apply.
