Well, whenever I do well on my carbs, meaning less that 20 NetCarbs, I eat higher calories. When I have lower calories, many times I have more that 20 NetCarbs. I do feel really great. Yesterday I weighed myself and I weighed 2 pounds less that what my weight states, but I am afraid to change it. Anyway, I am sticking with this for at least two months so I must be patient and keep at it. I have an appoiintment with a personal trainer for my free training session at the gym tomorrow. I also have to register for the competition at the gym so I can be held accountable. I think this is good...if I could just invent more hours in the day and days in the week I think I'll have it all under control. ha!ha!
