Dziennik jprunty, 11 mar 09

This is the weight I was at when I started this journey, before I found fasecret. I know if I really stick with it and don;t fall off the wagon I CAN do this. It took me 4 months to loose 15 lbs. So that is my big goal. July to be down to 150. Thats about 18 lbs in 4 months. Little less than 5 lbs a month.
Hubby and walked/ran up this staight up hill. I think I was sweating more than if I ran 3 miles. lol. But on the steepest part it reminded me of those people on the biggest looser and that hill they had to walk up at the beging of the season and I'm overweight but not as much as alot of them are. So for my story today last night the black team got a restfull pass for 24 hrs and ate and drank way way to much crap and it should on the scale. So thats whats gonna get me going, I'm going to think of that 0 for the first weigh in person everytime I think I need to put junk in my mouth or just have one drink.
